We contacted Mr. Sandifer on Wednesday afternoon, 3-8, about him coming out to give us an estimate to have our whole septic system replaced after finding out during a pump out that it was collapsing on itself. He came out the following day (3-9) to look at what we had to work with & was very prompt in giving us an estimate & explaining everything he'd need to do. We let him know to please place us on his books to have it replaced. By 3-10, he gave us a call to let us know he'd be able to come do the job on Monday, 3-13.
